Shipping Policy
Orders are boxed in Allston and handed to the carrier the same week they are placed.
1Where we ship
We ship to street addresses and PO boxes within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories served by the carrier. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2Cost
Orders of $75.00 or more ship free inside the United States. Below that, a flat $6.99 covers packing and carrier handling, whatever the box weighs.
The exact amount is calculated in the cart before you pay. No shipping surcharge is added after checkout.
3Handling and delivery time
- Handling (picking, packing, label): 1–2 business days after payment clears.
- Carrier transit: 3–7 business days for standard domestic service.
- Total, order to doorstep: 4–9 business days in most of the country.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and US federal holidays. Orders placed outside the hours below start their handling window on the next business day.
Store hours: Open Mon–Fri: 12:00–19:00 | Saturday: 11:00–19:00 | Sunday: 11:00–18:00.
4Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned by the carrier. You can also follow an order from the Track Your Order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout.
5Address accuracy
We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and reship once the address is corrected; the second label is charged at the same flat rate.
6Damage or loss in transit
Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan (or of the expected delivery date if the parcel never arrives) and we will open a carrier claim and either replace the item or refund it. Photographs of the box and packing material help, but they are not a condition of the claim.
7What we do not offer
We do not offer in-store pickup for web orders, same-day courier delivery, or scheduled delivery windows. If any of those matter to you, call the shop before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
